Proceeds of the raffle will benefit the local Legionary priest community as well as Regnum Christi programs. The men and women of Regnum Christi help form apostles by offering ways to encounter Christ through retreats, medical missions, and bible and book studies.
“Still in awe at the beauty and majesty invested in even the smallest, seemingly inconsequential, churches, we enjoyed the nightlife of Rome choosing one of the sidewalk tables at any of the numerous and excellent family run restaurants that abound in Rome. Holding my husband’s hand while watching the old and young alike, meeting friends, laughing or crowding around a TV set cheering their favorite World Cup team, it all seemed too wonderful to comprehend. Back at the room, the vision from our window of St. Peter’s Basilica lit up at night seemed yet another undeserved gift from God to fathom as we prepared to sleep.
